What is Royal Perks?
Royal Perks is Burger King’s loyalty rewards program. And at Burger King, loyalty is royalty! By signing up to our program, members enjoy exclusive, always-on benefits as well as surprises, such as access to this merchandise collection. What are Crowns?
Crowns are loyalty points. Royal Perks members earn 10 Crowns for every $1 spent on up to three (3) eligible transactions per account, per day at a participating U.S. Burger King restaurant on the BK App or bk.com, or at participating U.S. restaurants for in-restaurant orders using the 6-digit code located in your rewards account .
How can I join Royal Perks?
Guests can join Royal Perks by downloading and registering on the BK App or by going to bk.com and clicking “Sign Up”. Account registration required. For full details, please visit bk.com/rewards-terms.
What are the benefits to joining Royal Perks?
Royal Perks members will earn points, called Crowns, for every $1.00 USD spent on up to three (3) eligible transactions per account, per day at participating U.S. Burger King restaurants, which they can redeem for rewards. Members can also access exclusive offers, earn 2x Crowns during their birthday month, and earn extra Crowns by participating in challenges and other bonus opportunities.
I have a Unique Code, what do I do?
If you earned a merchandise item, and have not already redeemed your item, please visit the link provided in your email. Copy the unique code from the email your received and paste it at checkout. Code must be inputted before placing order.
Does my code expire?
Yes. Code will expire on Code will expire on 12/12/24.
How many times can I use my code?
You may use your code one time.
I’m having technical difficulties. What should I do?
Sometimes it's a simple thing like updating your web browser to its latest version. Check to be sure that you have a modern version of Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, or Safari. Also, you may want to check your browser preferences section to be sure JavaScript is enabled. Finally, clearing your cache and cookies might also help.
My unique code doesn't work, what should I do?
Codes are designed to be used for one time only. If you have already inputted your code when requested and placed an order, your code won't work again. Also, if you try using your unique code after Code will expire on 12/12/24 your code will have expired and won't work.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
No. If you received a unique code, you can select one (1) merch item and use your code to redeem the item. Shipping is included.
Can I pay to have expedited shipping?
We only offer standard shipping, which will not be charged and is included as part of your redemption. Shipping may take up to 60 (sixty) days.
How do I know if my item has been shipped?
We will start the shipping process once your order is placed. You will receive an email once your order is shipped.
How long will the shipping take?
Shipping may take up to 60 (sixty) days.
What should I do if I have problems with shipping?
If you have any problems with shipping, please reach out to our shipping customer service team at shipping@sobepromos.com. They will be available from Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM EST, and you can expect a response within 48 business hours.
Can I exchange my item?
We do not offer exchanges. If the merchandise is damaged, please reach out to our shipping customer service team at shipping@sobepromos.com and we will do our best to ship out a replacement if the item is still available.
